Gov. Jon Huntsman said Thursday that Utah's liquor laws need to be brought into the 21st Century and that he's opposed to any plan to hide liquor bottles in restaurants.
U.S. Sen. Orrin Hatch used his summer break Wednesday to continue his attack on Democrats for failing to pass a comprehensive energy bill that would speed up oil shale development in Colorado, Utah and Wyoming.
Hey pcskier you evidently were not around prior to the government getting their hands in medical care with medicare & medicaid. Well I was, and you know what medical care was affordable. Their were 6 kids in our family and we had no medical insurance. All of us got medical care when we needed it and we came from a very low income family.
The government screwed up medical care and now they are in the process of screwing up the economy. The basic problem is that all of our elected officials will votefor anything if they believe it will get them elected.
Simply put, "We have very few elected officials that have any character or mral fortitude."
